This is the original place of the ' Mariachi',
Tequila and the world known style of traditional
Mexican dance 'zapateado' in glorious colourful
dresses. El Jarabe Tapatio or better known
as 'The Mexican Hat Dance' is from this
region. The Real Mexico also perform 'La
Negra', and 'Guadalajara' from this state,
not to mention the vast amount of sentimental
Mariachi songs that is from here.
